Introducing S.T.A.N.K.!I think Cat Pliskin is my favorite. I'm a sucker for weapons experts. In truth, I don't know if I'm even allowed to call him "Pliskin" but it's a parody so... Not sure.
Fishbones is a close second - having been inspired by my own cat also (whose full name is "Dr." Archibald "Spaz Modine" Jekyll...)
The sketch was way awesome. For some reason the final page is less exciting. :C Needs more explosions?
